HOW YOUR JUMP
SESSION WORKS

IT STARTS HERE
- ■Ready to jump? Head to reception: we'll register you and give you your access wristband.
- ■Changing rooms with secure lockers are available for storing your belongings.
- ■Non-slip socks are mandatory to access the park. Don't panic: we sell them at reception if needed.
A TEAM ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU
- ■Our teams are present in all zones to welcome you, guide you and guarantee your safety.
- ■Before each session, a mandatory briefing presents the rules to follow.
- ■An instructor is always there during your session to supervise and intervene if necessary.
IT'S TIME TO JUMP
- ■Each session lasts 60 minutes (or more depending on the chosen package).
- ■Arrive 15 minutes early to have time to change and follow the briefing.
- ■The session starts on time: any delay shortens your jump time.
OUR TIPS TO ENJOY IT TO THE FULLEST
- ■Drink water before and after exercise.
- ■Choose comfortable and sporty clothing.
- ■Avoid jumping if you just ate.
- ■If you're tired or not feeling great, rest!
THE BASIC RULES
FOR SAFE JUMPING!
WHAT YOU MUST DO
- ■Wear non-slip socks.
- ■Remove all personal items (jewelry, watches, unsecured glasses...).
- ■Empty your pockets and keep nothing in your mouth.
- ■Participate in warm-up before each session.
- ■Follow instructor guidelines at all times.
- ■Look around before jumping.
- ■Keep your distance from other jumpers.
- ■Let the little ones go first.
- ■Read and follow specific instructions before each attraction.
- ■Respect minimum ages and heights according to zones.
- ■Store valuables in secure lockers.
- ■In case of accident: do not move the person and call a team member.
WHAT IS FORBIDDEN
- ■Jumping several people on the same mat.
- ■Running, pushing, jostling or fighting.
- ■Playing dangerous games.
- ■Attempting acrobatic moves without skill or outside designated area.
- ■Diving or landing on your head.
- ■Landing on one foot or uncontrolled.
- ■Jumping from climbing walls into foam.
- ■Jumping outside designated areas or on edges.
- ■Climbing on safety nets.
- ■Pulling or sitting on basketball hoops.
- ■Entering technical areas reserved for staff.
- ■Damaging equipment.
ACCESS CONDITIONS
& RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCESS DENIED TO:
- ■Children under 6 years unaccompanied.
- ■People with heart problems, joint issues or other medical contraindications.
- ■People under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medications affecting vigilance.
- ■Pregnant women.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
- ■In case of non-compliance with rules, exclusion may be immediate and without refund.
- ■The park declines all responsibility in case of injury related to inappropriate behavior or misuse of facilities.
- ■Our teams ensure safety in play areas, but children remain under the responsibility of their companions throughout their visit.
- ■Leaving a child alone does not constitute a transfer of responsibility.
- ■Each participant (or their legal representative) is responsible for following safety rules.
